Umina Surf Life Saving Club is a unique venue available for any gathering from a small meeting to a large conference.  We have successfully hosted some of Australia’s leading corporations and community organisations. Our conference packages have been designed for flexibility and we will endeavour to meet all of your conference requirements.

The Club consists of two adjoining rooms;  the Broken Bay Room which is the main function venue, and the smaller John Sharpe Room, which is ideal as a breakout or training room, or for those smaller conference requirements.  The two rooms can be separated using bi-fold doors, or opened up as one large room.  Both rooms open out onto a large private balcony with uninterrupted ocean views. The Broken Bay room is 16 x 10M, the John Sharpe Room is 5 x 12M, door width is 1.5M.

Rooms are located on the first floor of the clubhouse, access via stairs or lift. We can provide access to a Whiteboard (including pens), DVD/CD player, lectern, microphone, flip charts/pens, 106cm Flat Panel LCD TV, laptop connection to TV, comfortable chairs and tables.

With our venue you have the choice of hiring on a room only basis, room hire with your preferred caterer or you may take advantage of our commercial kitchen and self cater for your conference.

Our prices are based on a minimum of 15 participants and include use of our conference equipment.

For extended conferences, accommodation for guests is available at the Ocean Beach Holiday Park which is within walking distance of our venue.  Visit www.oceanbeachholidaypark.com.au for further information.
