Patrol Season Survey

Dear Patrolling Members

As the patrol season for 2014-15 fast approaches on Saturday 20^th September, we would like to thank you for your contribution to our club last season and look forward to your ongoing support to the safety of our beach.  As in previous years, we are conducting a short 10 question survey regarding the past patrolling season and your experience.  Could you kindly take the time to complete the survey below before the 14^th July as your feedback is very important.
